"Purchased 4 new tires, the whole process was terrible ., they have the same employee (Omar)working phones, filling propane tanks, helping walk ins. You have to order on line for your tires, can’t ask questions because he is not there or doesn’t have time. Not to mention I had to go a second time because air was not filled properly. Air was coming out.Spoke to other customer who was there for the same reason . Honestly I don’t blame him, but management needs to look in to this. This is a safety issue."
"Great experience. Brandon the service advisor was very helpful and communicative. They even called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and could move my appointment up! Would Defintley come back. Also, with your tire purchase you get free tire rotations which is nice."
"Very Bad Customer Service. They have you on hold forever and never call you back to give you a update of your order. I had to drive to the store to see the status of my order because I couldn’t get attended by phone. I highly recommend not to come here."
