"I believe Google Review, in the future, has to set negative symbols for us to use in cases like this one. This “Service Station” is out of any sense. First, the organization, when you get there to try to get “service,” what you find is chaos. You have to be playing with the cars around you not to get hit. The Customer Service is below unsatisfactory. I will not recommend this place at all."

"BEWARE!!! Go anywhere else!!! These people charged me an arm & leg for a simple alignment. After doing it..let’s just say my car does full U Turns with no hands on the wheel. They refuse to re-align my car. This place needs to be shut down. BEWARE!!"

"After being clients of Arba for years, we went to change the thermostat that we were told was damaged, they returned my car worse than it was, they never tested the thermostat before putting it on and then they tell me that the thermostat that they put on didn't work and that I had to pay them again so that they would fix it (how brazen) and that I had to leave the car from Friday to Monday there, (or crazy). Jorge, the owner told me that he trusted his mechanics, (either he is delusional or he is just as scoundrel). DO NOT GO TO ARBA AND LESS IF THERE ARE PEOPLE AS dishonest as NOEL !!!!!!"

"Do not go to this place, especially if you are a woman. They will make you spend a lot of money in things your car doesn't need before fixing what the car really needs. That, if you get lucky to actually get it fixed. I wasn't, had to end somewhere else. Also, they will harass you, especially Noel and Sergio. Not David. Do not waste your time and money!"
