"Jody was EXTREMELY rude while I decided on a beverage out of the cooler. I ignored it. Got a beverage, walked up to the window, was looking at lotery tickets for *maybe* 20 seconds. Jody told me I needed to "hurry up because I have things to do." I asked him if he was intentionally being rude. He said, "yes, hurry it up." I can't believe someone like this would be representing a company of this size. I hope he doesn't get to disrespect another guest/customer like this again."
