Hill's Barstools & Lighting

"We purchased three ceiling fans from Hills Barstools & Lighting. Two of the three fans were clicking and not running quiet. Called management 5 or 6 times to resolve the problem. Finally after months of no callbacks or resolution my wife and I stopped into the store. We spoke with the owner Mrs. Hill. She was unpleasant at best. In any event the issue is that Hills uses independent installers not company staff. The installers are paid for by the customer. If there is a problem with a fan is the problem with the fan or the installation?. Bottom line is terrible post sale service. Mrs. Hill did offer to replace the clicking fans and pay for the independent installer to handle the replacement. Now one of the replaced fans is buzzing. When my wife informed Mrs. Hill about the buzzing fan she said she was going to refund our money and wash her hands of the problem. In other words she decided to run for the hills. Unbelievable! Caveat Emptor."

(I had given up ever finding the perfect table) Their displays and selection of Chihuly glass is breath-taking!
