"Had the best experience at Ideal Image Hallandale. Starting with the patient’s coordinator Elina who found the best fitting time for me and added an extra service that they were promoting at the time. My nurse Rosie was professional and knowledgeable. She did not try to oversell. Definitely, after the procedures I left feeling better and happier! Thank you!"
"Hi. Well my technician was amazing. She eased the pain by applying ice packs and conversing with me. She made time and pain fly back The front desk person on the other hand… she was kind.. but she told my kids they couldn’t eat a snack there because she would have to clean it up… my kids are 2 and 3.. and she told them they couldn’t eat. We would have cleaned up any messes the kids made. But it kind of rubbed me the wrong way… my kids were already crying cause I left to the appointment. So my sister was trying to comfort them by giving them a cookie… and they were told no. Meanwhile you have beverages there. If you’re going to implement a policy of no food or drinks it should be for all. Just saying… Kind of turned off.. I will be taking my business to another location next time"
"My experience at Ideal Image in Hallandale is impeccable. I do my laser treatments with their ARNP Amanda. She is the best! Amanda is always gentle, patient, and pays close attention to detail. The front desk staff are professional and attentive as well. I recommend this location to all my friends and family! I always leave very happy and see results with my laser treatment."
"Went for Cool sculpting on the lower abdomen (session 2 of 3) and they were great! Very clean location and professional, friendly staff. Had first session in midtown which I think just opened but would choose this location over midtown as they seemed really well trained and knowledgeable and competent. Highly recommend although is expensive."
"My experience at Ideal Image at Hallandale was amazing. The ladies at the front desk gave me a tour of the facilities upon my arrival. The place is clean, and everyone who works there is extremely nice. Rosie the nurse practitioner who performed my procedure was the absolute best. She was so caring, knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the procedure. I felt safe and cared for. I will definitely be returning to Ideal Image.
