"This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I booked this through Groupon and scheduled an appointment for 2PM over the phone. When I arrived to my appointment I noticed the building said free parking and called the office to locate the free parking lot. The person I spoke with took my name and informed me that my appointment was at 1PM and I told them that I scheduled it over the phone for 2PM. Immediately the woman started arguing with me saying this was incorrect and I received a text message with the appointment time. I told her that I never received the message and if she could just direct me to the free parking I could come upstairs and sort things out. She yelled at me told me there was no parking and hung up the phone. When I found parking and went upstairs three people sat at the front desk and as I explained the situation from my perspective they kept laughing and saying it was impossible I was scheduled at 2PM. The lady I spoke to on the phone was the most rude out of the three. She said she could give me a massage for half the time because I “missed” my appointment. I initially agreed but after found out she was the therapist decided not to for safety reasons. As she was very aggressive I was afraid she would cause injury to me. After leaving, the man that was at the front desk followed me down the elevator because he saw I was visibly upset. He told me to come back to see a different therapist and that they had apologized to me so there’s nothing more they could do. I never received any apology from those people and after his statement I decided not to be seen here by anyone. These people lack professionalism and customer service. I wouldn’t run the risk of getting injured here. Probably not even real massage therapist. This is an update in response to the owner. The service your front desk/massage therapist provided was poor and you refuse to acknowledge that, how pathetic. First, there's no recording of me. If I was recorded you're again proving my point that your establishment lacks professionalism, as it is illegal to record someone without their consent. Secondly, I was not late as I schedule a 2PM appointment. Clearly there was miscommunication somewhere and instead of acknowledging that your staff decided to argue and yell at me. They were not paying me for the massage, I was the paying customer so remember this the next time you encounter a similar situation. Lastly, how dare you tell me what I was feeling? I was frustrated because I was verbally attacked, and yes I didn't want to be serviced by a woman who spoke to me like an animal. Why would I want to proceed with an intimate service like a massage by someone who was so aggressive towards me? Is my safety not important? Anyways, your establishment is nothing but a poor example of a black owned business. Do better next time. If not yourself, for the community."

Our only hangup was that the address in Googlemaps didn’t match where we needed up going, so it was further than we originally intended to travel by Uber. Maybe this can be remedied."

"I had the pleasure of booking a facial with Melissa. I found her through Groupon. Easy to book an appointment. Her space is clean and comfortable. Melissa is super nice and professional. My facial was really good. My only complaint would be that it was quite cold. Though it has been extremely hot in Miami, I would have been more comfortable with a light blanket. Great service and reasonable pricing. Ample parking, keep in mind there is construction on the parking structure. So, you do have the option to valet or park down the street."
