"The prices on Google are not what they have listed in the store. We were looking for a basic pedicure, $28 as seen on Google. The cheapest they offered us was $35, on a printed menu at the pedicure cart. They gave me a new guy who didn’t speak any English and couldn’t figure out which nails needed to be trimmed just by looking at them. He painfully tried to cut a short one while ignoring the large toenail, which obviously needed to be trimmed (I also tried to signal a couple times to cut it). Then he didn’t file them at all. I had to ask someone else who understood to go back and trim the many dangly bits of skin around my nails (the picture shows an improved situation but maybe you can see there is still a lot of roughness, and the cuticles on some nails look untouched). The icing on the cake is that they charged $10 to remove the gel nail polish from my partner’s toes…that’s $5 more than anywhere else we’ve gone in any state. She just went back into the store because she bumped her big toe on the way out the door and it has to be redone. They are so quick to do 2nd and 3rd coats, even in the high humidity of FL, that I’m not surprised. We sat and waiting for drying for at least 20 min and they still got messed up."
