It's not like I'm trying to use it months later, just days. I even offered to pay the difference... Very bad business practice! She said I signed a contract, and those are the politics of the company. Give me a break!!"

"I found this place via Groupon but purchase directly at the facility. While I believe the aesthetician was knowledgeable and had the best intentions I found the overall experience to be uncomfortable and unprofessional. My esthetician kept removing her mask to speak to me which put me in a vulnerable position. The room wasn’t quiet, dark or made to have a relaxing ambience. She left the room several times during the service and the staff in the hall were speaking loudly outside the door. The microdermabrasion was hastily done and not as thorough or smoothly done as the many other ones I’ve had. The room seemed rundown and not made to have a spa like atmosphere. She was considerate with the chemical peel and mindful of any discomfort I was feeling- as you do with peels. She did provide good after care advice and my skin did look good but overall I would pass on booking another treatment with this facility. Even for a discount there’s just a certain ambience I look for that this place doesn’t provide."
