"I brought my car in to get the ac evaporator fixed and headliner replaced. After having my car for 3 weeks I am happy to report my ac now works and the headliner has been replaced but my car windshield is no longer safe for me to drive due to something being dropped on it while it was under the dealerships care. After talking to numerous people first the dealership tried to convince me I brought my car in such a state but thankfully they did provide me with videos and pictures evaluating my car proving to them that was not the case. Instead of accepting responsibility they then claimed the damages of occurred after even though I reached out to them the same day while on the same street informing them of the new damages. Accidents happen and all I wanted was for them to repair the damage they caused but after paying $6700 I am now left with having to replace my windshield out of pocket. They were very quick to remind me that if I use my own personal car insurance my windshield would be replaced but for everyone’s knowledge that’s is a claim against yourself so why would I take the ding in my insurance when I wasn’t at fault?"
