"The chairs are too close, feels uncomfortable especially when the person next to you is loud and eating. These comments are about only one of the techs. Lame effort put into smoothing heals and under sides of feet. Used a scrub brush, 2 minutes on one foot and only left side on the other. Sloppy ! No assistance to put on sandals like everyone else causing damage the polish. Feels like a mill. No regard for appointments made for two, will put you wherever is convenient to keep the chairs full. Don’t go here if you want something special. My daughter’s pedicure was done correctly by a very nice tech. Would not recommend due to the overall, cheap experience and lack consistent quality service."
"This was my first time at Boca nails . Helen did my nails and did the best job anyone’s every done . She was really nice and took her time . The manager or owner lady was sooooo nice . Usually nail places there very grumpy not here . Everyone was so kind . The manager asked if I liked my nails which I’ve never had a manager ask that I thought that was very nice . Helen did such a nice job . I have to stress she really took her time I’m really picky . I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly like the picture . I will be going back this is my new nail place ."
