"This place overcharges and they suck. Jonathan is the worst nail technician. Did a horrible job, paint slapped everywhere, did not blend good with ombré. He also doesn’t wear shoes which is kinda gross. Dan said he would correct his work and charged me full price two times which was so unfair after they said it would be free for the correction. They don’t have customer service skills at all and are sharks for your money and don’t care if ur happy with ur nails or not."
"I hate to write a negative review as I’ve been coming here for a few years now but I noticed the quality has been consistently declining. The last time I got powder dip, my nails were extremely thick- they almost looked 3D. Then when I went in yesterday for powder dip and a classic pedicure, I was pretty unhappy with the results. Photos attached of my nails. They look messy, the color is uneven, and the shape is blocky. Also, one of my nails chipped the next day and they can’t fit me in for another day to have it fixed… As for the pedi, the paint didn’t extend all the way down to the nail bed so the polish looks like it has grown out, not to mention the polish peeled off my big toe the next day :( with increasing prices, the quality shouldn’t be going down."

"I have been coming to Utopia Nails for almost 6 years now. Alex is absolutely the best manicurist. He is very detail oriented and takes his time with his clients. I actually followed him from another salon he worked at previously so that makes 7 years total. The environment is one of relaxation as the entire staff is pleasant, caring and sweet. Jordana, the receptionist is always smiling and very accommodating. If you’re looking for great service give Utopia Nails a try."
"Once I moved to Boca last year I tried multiple salons and Utopia is by far my favorite. The staff is very friendly and bookings are efficient. Sophia is outstanding “perfection in nails” - shape, color, symmetry and they stay healthy without break and don’t get stuck in clothes etc. My 9 yr old had a very good no polish pedicure and Vini was very kind to her. I highly recommend this place."
