"The hiring process at this place is ridiculous. They just keep moving the goal post to find an excuse not to hire you. Their job posting says new CDL graduates welcomes and I’m not even a new graduate. I’ve been driving OTR for about a year only for the lady to tell me you have to have hands on delivery experience. When I told her about what the online posting says about new graduate she told me it’s a new requirement. She gave me another Sysco location that’s about 3 hours from my house. Who wants to drive 3 hours each way 5 days a week to a job where you probably going to work about 10 hours per day? I thought a delivery driver job was first about being a good and safe driver, secondly customer service and then the physical labor that comes with it. It is not rocket science but they sure willing to give all kind of excuse not to hire someone. This is about the third time I believe I’ve spoken to that exact same person and each time she seems like she’s having a bad day. She’s very blunt and sounds like she’s in no mood to talk to anyone. Also, what happened to face to face interviews?"

"Very slow. Why have appointment times if you can't honor them. Plus, they're really slow at getting you your bills in a decent manner. A truck drivers time is very valuable. Especially, when you have stops or another load to pickup."

"If I could I would gave zero stars this place is insane I came here for apartments which 10:00am I been here since 9:34am I go in to ask them about how much longer for door now it 11am how much longer is the wait for me to get a DockDoor the gentleman which I will show you guys in my picture was like an hour due to no room in the warehouse mind you guys only have 6 pallets on my truck to deliver let say top 15 minutes to unload I tell you some ppl just need to find a different jobs if the one you have is that miserable don’t make anybody else’s life miserable like yours because you don’t like your job we are truck drivers we have other stuff to do besides just sit around and wait. Pathetic and sad Lazy. Not worth the time you waste here I’m sort not sorry"

"My appointment was for 9am and I arrived just in time. The receiving staff was professional and friendly. After checking in I received my door assignment within 10 minutes and they started unloading 40 minutes later. There is plenty of room to maneuver around and getting into a door is easy. There's a restroom for drivers inside the receiving office along with a soda machine. I was unloaded in about an hour but had to wait for lumper fees to arrive via text, once paid I got my paperwork and was leaving 3 hours after arriving."
