"Horrible customer service. The nail tech had a bad attitude, she was rough. She acts super annoyed when I asked her to fix something. She didn’t follow instructions. I showed her a picture of the manicure I wanted (which was clearly pink acrylic with French tip) yet she proceeded to put clear acrylic. When I told her I wanted pink , “she was like “it’s $10 extra to put pink acrylic on, so I put clear instead”. I DON’T CARE, JUST GIMME EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR AND CHARGE ACCORDINGLY."

"Julia did my nails veryyyy nice!! She cleaned my cuticles and took care of my nails before the acrylic was even applied. I'm in awe of how great my nails look. I got a nice pedicure from the other lady(her name starts with an L). However, I didn't like the way she did the acrylic on my toes. As soon as I left, the polish was smudged on my big toe."
