"I visited this store recently looking for Tend Skin, a skin care product carried by drug stores and general stores that stock skin care products. This cashier didn't have a clue about what I was asking for. After she said she didn't have the Tend Skin, she left the front register and followed me around until I left. First, educate yourself about a skin care product that has existed for generations. Second, basic training. Do not leave your register at the front of the store unattended, especially when your other store employee is on the floor waiting on customers. In addition, never leave the front of your store uncovered. I left the store and ordered the product from Amazon. I would like to patronize local businesses more frequently."

"Eli and Samantha blew my mind this evening with just how helpful they were! I have never been to a Sally's and had such exceptional service! We bought lashes under the guide of Samantha who is so knowledgeable about her craft! I couldn't believe it! We bought hair dye as well, and Eli expertly color matched my daughter's roots from across the room! I would give 10 stars if I could! Give these folks a raise!"

"I helped an lady with a walker go into the store and went in after her. She walked in and there was a heavy Hispanic looking (I'm Hispanic too) employee blocking the aisle. The lady said "excuse me" twice, and this employee did not move. I said it more loudly and she got irate and told me we needed to give her a minute. I told her this lady with the walker needed to get through and she put her finger in my face and started yelling at me. The whole thing escalated and she screamed "GET OUT, GET OUT". The manager then came over and started telling me that I needed to say excuse me, which I did as well as the lady with the walker, but she would not listen and the other one kept hollering. Not once did she listen to my side. She then told the other one to go to the back, then excoriated me for not saying excuse me or "giving her a minute". As I was checking out, she was speaking badly about me in Spanish to another customer. As far as selection, she never seems to have the items I need. This is just peculiar to this store, as have alwasy found my products at any other Sally's beauty supply that I've gone to. She's just a horrible manager and does not do what is needed to make your products available."
