"Aside from JJ, the very capable and friendly installer, this business epitomizes apathy and incompetence. The owner is on his way to retirement, the store manager's communication and followup is non-existent, posted hours are meaningless, it all takes forever and they just could not care less. Go elsewhere until this has new ownership or closes."

After 5 years of hard use, I wanted a touch up marker. Molly handled my request easily & at no charge even after 5 years. Our cabinets look as good as new."

Two months after installation, one of our sliding drawers stopped working properly. I called 3x and also went to the office 2x to ask them to come and fix it. "For quality of materials I would give it a higher rating and the Subcontractor used for install was fantastic and professional. However, their customer service is rated as a "1". Not once did I receive a return phone call or email from the Office Manager Molly without initiating either of them first. My request for product costs were for three separate projects. The first was just one cabinet. I compare this to pulling teeth for the info, I did order and have this installed. My second request was for cost estimate of roller drawers inside current cabinet, never received cost estimates. Third project was request for 10 ft of base cabinets with drawers and eventually uppers. Never received cost estimate. My only initiated email from Molly was the one for final payment the day after install. I sent response and asked her to call me to make payment which she never did so I drove up to office from Apollo Beach and made the payment. At that time I also told her I didn't need other estimates as I wouldn't be doing any future business with them. Guess I should have added copies of emails between myself and office Mgr. based upon owners response to my review below. Totally inaccurate information."
