"I really enjoyed the massages I got here but they refuse to let you cancel your membership. I’ve been trying since the end of September and just had to dispute the monthly charge on my credit card. They actually have a link to request a cancellation form, but have no intention of sending it."
"Don’t waste your time here. Really shady practices. Booked a $70 massage online and turns into $130 when you’re there checking out. Even though it states online $70 for first time customers. Not at this location! I was given a $150 giftcard- there was $20 left after the $130 massage and they tried keeping it saying there was nothing on it even though I tipped that $20 in cash to the masseuse! Avoid this location, you can get a massage cheaper, better and without a headache feeling ripped off."
