"we seen there commercials for awhile before we went and bought our appliances it stated brand new in the box delivery next day the whole set was $3000.00 haul away free i spent over $5000.00 we bought the whirlpool set stove. refrigerator ,microwave and dishwasher we also bought a washer and dryer we paid for separate. we bought all whirlpool. the sales persons were helpful while you are buying but once you bought there attitudes change completely they delivered but nothing came in a box, stove was dented and dirty the dishwasher leaked from day one which was broke when they sold it to me i call there and told them my problem they gave me to a manager we took pictures sent them and waited and waited i called back and the manager i talked to is no longer there and the new manager didn't know anything about my problems they told me to contact whirlpool that is another review i would not buy anything from there again you know the saying if it is too good to be true it probably not"

"They are very very lucky that I can. I give them a zero minus to send a comment but let me explain to you. I bought a washing machine 800 bucks 2 1/2 weeks ago the machine broke down. They telling me to call the mechanics do insurance company know they broke down in 2 1/2 weeks and you’re telling me you cannot switch for me that I have to call the repair guy. No I’m not pay for something that’s no good. Fruitland park manager is no good. I will deliver the washing machine back and cancel the payments. That’s all I am going to do. Customers should be happy with a washing machine that’s going to work for a long time not less than two weeks my name is Milton Hernandez and I will return the washing machine today on Tuesday. The date is November 7, 2023 Fruitland Park appliance direct show me a broken down machine and they do not want to exchange it is not right with my constitutional rights to continue having an appliance that have not worked more than two weeks also, the manager was in a meeting for one whole day, so I’ll still have to chase him down for him to tell me that I’m wrong, but it don’t matter I am dropping off the washing machine"
