"They will harass you constantly and call you back to back if you ignore their calls. They immediately try to guilt trip you into providing your information to them when you call for a fact finding inquiry so they can most likely sell it out the backdoor if you don't do business with them. The advisors or whatever they call them are just sheisty wanna be salesman. I've never had a more negative experience with an organization than this one which came purely from trying to call and find information and then being harassed and insulted by their "advisor". These types of companies don't last long anyway, thank God. Entirely way too aggressive towards their potential clients."
"These people are thieves! I've had the device installed for 2 months with nothing but problems. Most recently the device malfunctioned while I was out of the house in another city. I was told there's nothing they can do and are refusing to have my car towed. Absolutely horrible customer service, representatives and supervisors keep getting rude and hanging up on me. These people are very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you have to have an interlock put on your car I highly recommend NOT using this company."
