"Salesperson was pushy and kept trying to upsell us on cars out of our budget. We verified with him 4 times that he wouldn't run our credit because we still had other places to look and didn't want to pull credit until we were certain we would buy. He kept pushing and ran the credit anyway despite assuring us he wouldn't, then when we got the email and checked Credit Karma, he told us he did not pull credit when the hard inquiry was RIGHT THERE. He also told us he couldn't finance anything under 10k which my dad who is a former car salesman said was a straight lie for more commission. We walked out and will never return to this dealership or recommend to anyone. Now we have to wait to buy a car because of the credit hit."
"There isn't enough space to tell you how wonderful Issa was.. would have no idea when we came to get our battery checked that we were going to drive back home in a new HRV.. absolutely no pressure. He just talked and we talked. I don't normally like car salesman. But there's something about Issa that made us Trust him."
