"Sierra is amazing. I always have an amazing experience at Brazil’s Waxing Center. From the moment I walked in, I feel welcomed and comfortable. Sierra did an outstanding job! Not only was the waxing procedure quick and efficient, but she also ensured I was at ease throughout the entire process. "Absolutely love being serviced by Kim!!! I have been getting waxed for well over 10 years. She not only pays attention to detail but also is very welcoming. This next part is for management: the new chairs are awfully uncomfortable, my back did not feel supported and it made the room feel more office like, it didn’t give the “pamper” feel a waxing center should have. My legs fell asleep and went numb from sitting uncomfortably for 40 minutes. (I had a full Brazilian and vagacial). Highly suggest looking into getting comfortable chairs"

"5 stars to the actual office and staff, but don't trust their website. Loved my experience from the moment I walked in the door, but I tried to book my appointment online with the chat service (that I was informed goes to a 3rd party call center) and I asked to book multiple services, of which they gave me the total cost of and everything, but when I arrived I had apparently only been booked for 1 service. This was clearly not the fault of anyone within the office who all did their best to correct the issue, but because it's the day before Valentine's Day they were booked solid and couldn't fit in my additional services while I was there. I did leave with a completed Brazilian, this was my first time getting this specific service and they made the whole process extremely easy and comfortable. Cheyenne did my service and she was absolutely amazing. If I decide to get a Brazilian again or plan for a different wax not so close to a holiday I will definitely return to her. TLDR: Contact the office directly for appointments, don't bother with the website, it'll be worth the extra effort!"

If you’re a first timer, you’re in great hands with her! All around this location is amazing, it’s always clean and the staff is incredible. Kim is the best, go see her!"
