"Very unhappy! I came in with my two girls (9&3) and myself. Maria gave myself and my oldest daughter a pedicure and she did an awesome job but then I went to get a manicure and that’s when everything went down hill. They had the wrong color then what was on my feet. Since I already started the first coat of gel on my hands and they couldn’t find the right color, also, to include the lady was rushing me and persisting that I just leave the color, I simply told them to go ahead and put that color. She rushed and they didn’t look good but I had to go already. When it came to payment, I’m a student and was suppose to get 10%. She said it’s only for UCF and I told her I’ve came here before and received the discount plus it doesn’t say ONLY UCF student, it says student meaning everyone. Then, she applied the discount and said she can only apply to one service which took off $2. I told her that’s not right when you go to Walmart or publix unless it says a specific item, the discount is applied for the total amount. On top of that, she should have been considerate knowing they messed up on my nails and the color. Just disappointed 10% of my whole order would’ve been $9 but it’s not about the amount, it’s the principal of consideration. Wouldn’t you want me to come back? Now I’m not."

"Incredible experience! Sam was incredibly friendly, patient, and full of enthusiasm! I dropped in for a pedicure and was welcomed right away. Initially, I only intended to have my toes done, but Sam convinced me to also do my hands. Opting for acrylics, he flawlessly recreated the design I wanted. Considering it was my first time getting my hands done, Sam ensured it was an absolutely delightful experience. The prices were more than reasonable, and the ambiance exuded warmth and relaxation. Sam took his time with every detail, and I never felt hurried throughout the entire process. The student discount was a nice gesture :)) will definitely be coming back!!"
