"Tile they sold me was DEFECTIVE and they wouldn’t do anything to try and remedy the situation. Your response is not true. The contractor installed it correctly. When he removed the spacers the tile finish came off with the spacers. The tile finish should not come off when removing tile spacers. We have built 2 homes, totally remodeled 5 condos, and remodeled bathrooms in numerous rental properties and have NEVER had this happen. You didn't care to do anything to help resolve the problem. NOT GOOD A GOOD WAY TO DO YOUR CUSTOMERS!"

"They helped me find the exact flooring that I wanted. They had so many different types of flooring but I had a specific type in mind and they carried it so the choice was easy. The gentleman that came out to our house, Jim, did a fantastic job of measuring everything and explaining to us how it would be installed. The installers were also fantastic. They did such a great job and took very good care of our furniture and they were able to get the entire job done in only 4 days. I was very impressed and happy..My floor is beautiful.."

"Buyer BEWARE! We renovated our home 2 years ago. Spent a lot of money on high end tiles for kitchen and bathrooms, as well as high end vinyl flooring for the entire house. We are retired senior citizens the only 2 people living here! no animals or pets of any kind. This "high end" vinyl tile that they were promoting is starting to peel in 2 areas of our home. I visited their office to show them a picture of the defect they told me they would send someone out to look at it, after numerous calls, E-mails, and a visit. I am being ghosted! I am unable to get anyone to assist me. Shame on them!!! I trusted the salesperson as well as this company to stand-by their products. At the 3 month later mark no return communication! Folks Stay Away!!!"
