"Great service, great facilities, very organized. 3 stars only because their prices are literally 3X what other dealerships charge. They wanted $750 for an oil change for my Alfa Romeo stelvio.... crazy!!! The Stellantis group service, which is and authorized dealer/servicer for Alfa did it for $270!!!!"
"Customer service is average, neither good nor bad. The one star review goes to their policy of not providing loaners if you did not buy the car at their dealership, and they are an authorized dealer for my car maker, and they get reimbursed for the loaner by the manufacturer warranty. They only took my car for repair and provided a loaner one time and because of a major repair for which they would profit greatly. Very odd policy, only have had that problem at The Collection, they only care about super high end customers, not your average luxury car."
