"I have been a client of Miami Brow Bar since it was just Manuela, the owner, providing all the services. Over time, I have had my eyebrows waxed by various technicians, including Dani and Juliana, who are both excellent and passionate about their work. Manuela ensures she hires only the best talent, which is why I continue to choose this salon even though I now spend most of my time in NC. I still make the trip once a month just to have Dani do my eyebrows."

"I had been a long term client getting my eyebrows done with Asmita who was nothing but amazing. Unfortunately, she left and I had to go in for my retouch appointment which was a very bad experience. I was running a few minutes late from a hospital emergency and they mentioned to me that due to the technician not having a client in that time they would hold my deposit funds. However, I had not made the deposit so there was nothing to hold. I asked for a reschedule that Friday and they asked me to Zelle $100. I did which was a deposit for my new appointment and was told after I sent the money they would hold $50 for the technician I was going to see and the other $50 would be a deposit for the new appointment. It was very deceiving and I asked to cancel my appointment. The tech Daniella then said she would refund the deposit to me due to the bad experience and Manuela the owner who was out of the country was to return the $100 I have yet to see. Mind you, this took place end of June and it was supposed to be done for my wedding in July. I went to this place for three years and several of my friends now go because of me. This is how you lose a good client and show that you do not know how to run a business. Extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction. I will never return as they literally stole money from me. Also, the micro blading treatment disappeared within a few weeks and did not last at all."

"I am not happy at all. The design is different on both sides beside that fact that I look like a clown because they are way too dark even if they lighten up. I asked for something natural and these are not natural. I have seen many get them done and they look beautiful. I should’ve known when the girl (Brenda) had trouble w/ the design which took over an hour. The owner (Manuela) had to step in to help as well as another person (Dani) who works there. When I called to see what we could do they said there wasn’t anything we could do. I put a deposit for a lip blush which I did not receive and they have refused to give it back. I tipped well however I am going today for emergency removal because I can’t go to work looking like this. Now I am in the process of a dispute w/ my credit card company to get something back. I am beyond disappointed. I never leave bad reviews anywhere I go, but this warranted a proper response."
