"I usually don't post reviews, but was so disappointed with the customer service that I had to. I've been going to this nail place since it opened (over 16 years) and always been a faithful customer through different ownerships. The work has not always been the greatest but acceptable, so convenience was a big deal for me - close to home and flexibility of accepting walk ins. Lately, I've been doing the A Press nails, but they don't last, keep falling off within a few days of getting them done. I thought it was the type of nail they were using, so I asked for a type that they had used before and worked well but the owner refused, said they didn't have those nails which I knew they did because staff had shown to me a week earlier and she was even rude about it. I've always been a great customer so her reaction was really disappointing to me and when I mentioned it to the other owner, that I was unhappy with how they had treated me, he over charged me $10.00 when I paid the bill. I didn't want to get into another spat with them, so I just paid it, but I'm never going back there again. Beware "they are never in the wrong"... so if you happen not to like something, you may not get the customer service you would expect and they definitely do not have any consideration for loyal customers. Another thing, if you do go, always ask for the price before you start the work because they seem to vary what they charge even though they have prices posted."
