"Not happy with the service. Went there twice in the last couple of months. First time did wash and wax and it was good but they broke my gate entry sticker and I was missing a plastic cover and some items from the trunk. Second time I just a wash and it wasn’t good: missed areas, some areas still not clean. Probably won’t go back."

"Communication: poor Customer support: poor Accountability: poor To starts, this is the most convenient car wash near me. 6-7 weeks ago I paid $100+ for a good clean. Only that my parking pass was lost and that cost me $100. I brought it to their attention, “information was passed over.” I never heard back. I went back and 3 weeks later, “information was passed.” I never heard back. I went in today to get an update, no word. Enrique was by himself and wasn’t serving no one. Didn’t ask for my name or information and told me to wait and went ahead to start servicing other clients. Maybe I’m wrong, but doesn’t a company focus on the customer in front of them? After he served 2 clients, he went to walk over a 3rd client and I stopped him to ask, is this how clients are treated because I came to you when nobody was around and I’m now being put aside. He’s response was, I have to get my guys working. I then said, I pay you guys and this time it’s cost me money and nothing has been done and by you walking off while “servicing” a client is rude. My point, decent clean and poor everything else. Convenience isn’t always the best."

"Went here yesterday to have my girlfriend’s car cleaned. It was quite dirty and needed a good cleaning jug both inside and out. I went for the steam clean for the inside. It was more than I wanted to spend but I don’t regret paying more after they finished the car. It was spotless. I can only recommend this place if you want your car cleaned. Best of all it’s in the mall so you can keep yourself busy (and spend more money lol) while waiting for your car."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I brought my truck to this wash and took it unfinished. I paid additional $ for removing bugs, and they still didn’t remove it anyway. I had to spend another hour for another car wash. Apart of it they were asking me for tips, like really guys? You’re asking for tips with this s*itty job you did?! Seriously"
