"Drove up one morning when my car had been stalling and was met by the mechanic Steve. He explained that it was likely the alternator needing to be replaced, and I signed a quote for that part and labor. By 3 he reached out to me because he noticed that my serpentine belt was snapped. So instead of the alternator, he replaced the belt; it was a much cheaper repair. The car was ready to pick up that afternoon, although they held it overnight for my convenience. In the morning Steve met me and explained the repair thoroughly, showed me the old belt, and we discussed what I should keep an eye on for the future. It has been about a month and my car is still running fine, but I will definitely be returning here if I have car issues in miami!"
