"Prior to their name change I can say the quality of service was good and the technicians do a great job. What was not pleasant was that they offer appt booking online through their social media to which I made my appt. Only to find out when I arrived to my confirmed appt that they are no longer taking appts online. They link remains on their socials despite that and no message or warning not to use their online booking. I wasted my time and had to search for another nail salon who could take me the same day. Poor operations where all they have to do is update their socials to remove the link. Warning to anyone else just call ahead and dont use their online booking."
