"I discovered I had a punctured tire so my boss let me drive over here to get it fixed. The manager said they were busy assisting other clients and could get to me in about an hour and half. I asked if I can come back in an hour and a half will he reserve a space for me and assured me yes. In good faith I drive back to the repair shop an hour and a half later and he's already taking other clients ahead of me. after sitting their in their lobby for about an hour I start to walk out the door to try to call another repair shop nearby to see if someone can take me right away when the manager stops me and assures the wait wont be much longer. I end up waiting there nearly two hours, including an additional 20 minutes after the work was completed just for him to process the $25 repair cost. It's completely understandable to be short staffed and busy, It's another to make an appointment in good faith and lack the integrity to preserve that appointment."
