"I recently had my 1972 BMW 2002tii serviced at Miami Engines, and I cannot say enough good things about their exceptional service. The service team, comprised of Ed, Rothchild, and Pawel, truly went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Their customer service was outstanding - they were incredibly detail-oriented, honest, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. The service I received went far beyond my expectations. Miami Engines performed a complete engine rebuild for my M10 Engine, which included a comprehensive list of tasks: disassembly, cleaning, repairing and polishing the crankshaft, calico-coated bearings, honing and decking the block, installing new rings, PCD milling the cylinder head, and replacing all gaskets and hardware. They also took the time to repair and polish the crankshaft, ensuring that every aspect of the engine was in top-notch condition. In addition to the engine rebuild, they also addressed various other maintenance needs for my BMW 2002tii. This included replacing the oil pressure switch, transmission seals, rear brake drums, and all engine and brake fluids. What truly sets Miami Engines apart is their commitment to quality control and safety. Their service didn't end when I picked up my car; they continued to follow up to make sure everything was done correctly, and that my vehicle was not only performing at its best but also ensuring my safety on the road.
