He's SOOOO knowledgeable that you tell him the "symptoms" in your non-mechanic words, and he seems to know what the car has before even looking at it (he's always nailed it in my case!) The best thing about him is how honest he is with his pricing. I had never taken my Volvo anywhere other than the dealership, but after becoming angry with their service, I took it to Volvo Stop and never looked back. If you have a Volvo, do yourself a favor and service it with Volvo Stop. Cannot recommend him more!"
