"This store looks like an amazing Italian furniture store. It’s from China. If you have a sleep number and you want a floating bed look, they can’t deliver that. I asked specific questions to understand and was lied to by the sales person, the delivery manager Tim. They never followed up on the “kit” that had to be ordered for this to work with a sleep number and when the same install guy showed up he immediately said so here are the feet. It’s your choice if you want what you have or these. When asked where the kit was he said there is not one. Just make clear what you are getting and know it’s from China with a beautiful Italian look."

"I bought a desk chair a few years ago and the wheels have disintegrated. Contacted customer service and they said at 48 hour turnaround. I heard nothing for 10 days so emailed them again. Still no response. I tried to call and none of their extensions work. How do wheels disintegrate? What kind of customer care team does not return inquiries? You have no record? Really? Seriously, who sells a chair that the wheels will disintegrate in less than 5 years? Oh, and there is no replacement parts."
