Pricing includes $1,000.00 Trade in credit (Trade must be 2015 or newer and good driving condition with a clean title.) Some PRICING MAY NOT REFLECT RECONDITIONING AND THAT MAY BE ADDITIONAL"

"Do not deal with these people. They have fallen into the trap that dishonest dealers do. Give a low or decent 'list/selling price', have some tiny fine print that basically let's them jack up the price. Mainly with things I didn't need. Like a 2K added charge for 'inspection', which is basically some detailing, replacing wipers, oil, minor stuff. And the salesman said it cannot be refused. He warned me about 'other dealers' that jack up their price but unfortunately this is exactly what this dealership does. Beware, read their fine print. Refuse what you don't want in the deal. I think they lost a sale with me, not only on pricing but on the dishonesty of the dealership. I have bought 5 cars for my family over 5 years. I only deal with dealers who are honest, can send me pricing and well you know the rest..."

"Bringing the Service Manager, Forest, to Performance Mitsubishi, is nothing short of a God send for both car owners and dealerships alike. Forest and his staff treats you like family. It's truly a pleasure to have my car serviced here time and time again. It's because of the exemplary customer service that I choose to drive 10 miles to Performance Mitsubishi, when another Mitsubishi dealership is less than a mile from my house. 10/10"

"I’m giving 4 stars because the customer service here was A+, but the way this dealership prices their cars online is dishonest. The online price they show you is the price you would get if you financed through them and brought them a trade in, otherwise the price is $3k more expensive. There is also a $2k inspection and repair fee, so the car I went in to buy for $8,085 was actually $13,085 BEFORE tax, title, and doc fees. This method of pricing is so par for the course with car dealerships and is the reason why I don’t trust them as a whole. HOWEVER, I did buy the car that I came in to look at and the people who helped me buy it were really great. Dennis was my salesman, and even though it was his first week selling cars, he’s already a pro. He is kind, thoughtful, genuine,and he makes a great cup of chamomile tea in the keurig machine . Dave took care of my loan and was very helpful in explaining things to me and making sure I got the car for a price closer to what I expected. Overall the process was smooth and if there hadn’t been so many people ahead of me, it would have been fairly quick. I would recommend this place for their customer service and efficiency, but their online pricing fine print is ridiculous. It’s basically a worthless hit to your credit for most people who come in trying to buy an inexpensive car and their credit is run for 5k more than they expected, only to be denied or they decline the purchase because of the markup. Y’all have great staff, and they could sell your cars just as easily if y’all weren’t being shady in how you get people in the door. I love my “new to me” car though, so I personally have no real regrets."
