"In a million years I have never come across worse customer service. This dealership is awful!!! Quoted over $4000 for brakes when other dealerships are less than $1000. Staff are rude, that’s if you get them on the phone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The best part is they don’t care. Don’t patronize them."
"Just wasted four hours for one tire. A tire that was covered under warranty from when I purchased my vehicle. Every time I go to this service department, I have to spend my whole day there and it’s never a simple fix. The communication is beyond poor and the staff is unprofessional. If I asked for you to change my phone number, why can’t that be done? I wish I can handle personal business on the company’s clock like Keyanna. If that was so, I wouldn’t have missed work. I’m on the verge of canceling my contracts so I can go somewhere else."
