"Dishonest!!! Came to them needed complete front suspension, was guaranteed parts delivered in 3-5 days yet 9 days days later still nothing, no phone call. Forgot to order my parts, lied to me about it, promised me by Monday after the fact knowing perfectly well Monday was Veterans day. Now, my car is damaged even more due to the procrastination of westgate auto. Now, my refund of over $400 still hasnt been put back on my debit card and I dont have the original money to fix my car because these people tied it up somehow. Ask me, they used my money to pay a late bill by the looks of the place and lack of customers...suprise. I was lied to up and down by these people. Do NOT trust them with your business."

"Horrible customer service for one, I got hung up on while talking to the owner Bruce, and the receptionist is extremely rude!!! I had to bring my truck here to get fixed and got screwed over big time !!! I highly recommend not to bring your vehicle here. Just putting this out there so other people don't make the same mistake I did. They also quoted me one price for a job, then called me up and told me it would be more money than they originally quoted."
