"Awful customer service, the guy at the front desk treats people bad not only the customers but also the other employees, speaking in a very unprofessional and unkind manner. If he doesn’t want to be there, or if he is overwhelmed with his duties because they have become to much for him to handle it’s best if he gets proper training or goes home! I ended up taking my business somewhere else."

"It was more expensive than the dealership to get an oil change. Actually, it was more expensive than anywhere else. Jiffy lube,Schumacher VW, Valvoline,by around $30. I brought the car at 10m Monday morning. I sat for 2 hours because they had no oul filter and had to wait on it. I noticed the tires weren't rotated, which is included in the price, so I asked the mechanic and was told, "He didn't rotate the tires cause the car needed a wheel alignment " I was in a rush so instead of asking what a wheel alignment has to do with rotating the tires. I left and figured I would return another day. When I returned, I was told they couldn't rotate the tires because the front right tire was worn. Since it's a front wheel drive car, I told him "yeah I want the good tires in front so I have better control and more tread foe handling in the rain" I was told that due to Pep boys policy they won't rotate the tires because putting the worn one in the back would take away from my handling?" I've had 5 front wheel drive cars in my life, and I had never known handling in a front wheel drive car comes from the back? For $143 to do an oil change, the least they could have done was %rotate the tires. Most expensive and worse service."

"The service staff at Pep Boys - especially Pat - was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. I appreciate the Lyft home and back so I didn't have to wait there all afternoon! I feel completely confident my new tires will keep me safe on the road. Thanks for the great service!"

"My experience at this store has been less than satisfactory due to the attitude of Manager Kalvin. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed him treating customers in an unfriendly manner, which is perplexing considering the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff. It's noteworthy that while other employees visibly display their names, the manager does not, despite being the least courteous. This situation raises questions about his leadership abilities and how he treats employees. I hope these concerns are addressed to enhance the overall service quality at the store."

"I arrived a little before my scheduled appointment at 11:00AM for a new set of 4 tires. The work was not completed until after 1:30 PM and no additional work was performed. Over two and a half hours to install 4 new tires is too long!"
