"After having just been treated poorly by another shop, I was looking for a place that I could depend on. Someplace where I'd be treated like family. King & Son Motorcars did just that! From the initial phone conversation, to the staff greeting me as soon as I pulled up, I knew it would be a good experience. My sick Mercedes mattered to them! I mattered. The whole staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they diagnose the issue, they took a deeper look to make sure I wouldn't leave with any other issues "that they could see" potentially cropping up. I never once felt pressured by any upselling. Quite the contrary, they went above and beyond to repair my vehicle without breaking the bank. The value they provided far exceeded the price tag! If you're looking for a shop that does dealer-quality work (or better), with people you can trust, give them a call. I'm very picky, and they have my vote ... hands down!"
"Even with catastrophic news about an old car, these guys were genuine and ethical and told me their honest opinion which was not to spend the money.
