"We used to like this place, but after my husband went there 3 different times (by appointment) and being sent home each time because they forgot to order the item needed for the car or they are short staffed... And not once, did they call to let us know in advance so we don't waste our time driving 40 minutes each way. We will not return, very disorganized place and disrespectful of people time."
