"I got ahold of my insurance company yesterday about two vehicles, one needing a new windshield and the other some chips filled in. I heard from City Auto Glass very quickly after my call. They scheduled for the next day to my surprise. I received a call in the morning from Chris saying what a beautiful day it was and he would be here between 9:30 -9:45am He was right on time, smiling and so friendly. I apologized that one vehicle wasn't clean and he said no problem he would clean the windshield to inspect anyway. He worked quickly and did such an awesome job.
