"I was looking for a hard-to-get aluminum extrusion, with a particular shape in a specific size. They didn't show it on their website, but I called the number anyway, and spoke with Beth. She spent time looking for it, but with no success. Apparently, she kept looking, because she called back later, and had some of the product delivered. Unfortunately, the product was not what the manufacturer described, but that was no fault of Beth. In the end, Beth found me a source, but with another supplier. IMO, Beth really made a boss effort, earning both my respect & loyalty. Despite not being able to get the item I needed, I will soon need other material, and I will be contacting this company and Beth first."
