"This place is a joke! I came to get estimate for uhlpostery on sette. Little old lady did not want to look at my pictures"ive seen it all". ME: What is the estimate? lady: i cant tell you because you have to first look at my fabric. Me: looking through 30 year old bolts on the wall in a dim lit room. I found one i said could work ' but not sure can use fabic from somewhere else? She said sure have it your way. She walks me to the door and told me to have a good day. Me: what about the estimate? Lady: i dont play games goodbye. Me: wait what? Lady: i dont know what price, you you need to bring me the fabric. Because you tell me who will deliver &pickup, does it need cushions. Then she ask if i ever saw the christmas manger scene in the back and ask where i lived. Im still playing her game at this point , i tell her i will deliver and pick up i dont need cushions and no never saw her manger. She adventually quoted $1500.00 even if i wanted to spend $1500. I would never do business with liars. Shame on her and funny she thinks she is good at her game"

"I stopped in on Saturday to see about new cushions for two chairs. It’s Tuesday and they are done and look amazing! Mrs. Castro was very helpful and responsive and I told her I needed a fast turn around. I will be back for curtains. Thank you for the timely quality work!"

"Went to shop for draperies. We had questions about material samples and rods. An assistant gave us a form to fill out to make an appointment. Even though the store was empty of customers, the owner did not welcome us. She stayed behind her desk. We left the store and three minutes later the owner called asking for a credit card number before sending someone to our home to take measurements. We asked her if she would provide sample materials and she said no. She was very rude and most unprofessional. She then hung up on us. How do people like this stay in business??? If I could rate her a minus star I would."

"Geny Castro the owner, Janet, her assistant and Ricardo, who did the reupholstery job on our Chaise lounge, are all wonderful to work with. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Janet. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She took the introductory information about the reupholstery job and then I met with Geny. Within the first few minutes of meeting her I knew that I was in the right place. She looked at the material to be used on the old chaise and photos of the old chaise. Next thing I knew I was on my way home to bring the old chaise and material to her. I returned with the items and Geny had them brought into the work room and explained to Ricardo what had to be done. Several days later Geny called to tell me that the chaise was ready. She had put a rush on it because she knew that my wife was going to have an upcoming surgery and wanted her to have the chaise to use while she was in recovery! Who does that? The photo below does not do justice to the quality and craftsmanship of the job. Ricardo is a craftsman! The old adage “you get what you pay for” holds true with Castro Interiors. Caring people who do quality work. I will ever go anyplace else for interior work. Thank you Geny!"
