"I got my lashes done here, i wont name who did them but they were horrible. When i got home the extensions were in clumps, and super hard. I had to soak them with coconut oil for hours because i couldnt handle the pain and tugging it was causing. I finally got them off but so many of my lashes are gone. They also stuck the extensions to my skin!!! So painful! And now they wont refund me the full amount. I did not use one bad word plus we arent children… you guys offered bad service and didnt want to give me a full refund!"

"This place needs more notice! I feel lively and well taken care of every time I go to get a service... I've had extensions, tinting, and keratin treatment done to my lashes and had a microdermabrasion facial done. Very clean, prices are realistic"
"I got my lashes done yesterday and while I absolutely love the mapping - I noticed when I got home, several lashes on my left eye in the outer corner were not lashed. Other than that my experience was great - just wish that my outer corner has more lashes. *edit since I can’t reply to the company. Yes I have lashes there - I can see them. I was hoping for a different response as you can clearly see in the picture that I have plenty of lashes."
