"I must agree with the non-supporters of this company. I purchased a CEL fix module which didn't work in my vehicle (2006 Lexus GS300). I have read all the documents prior to purchasing the module. Sorry if I may have missed a section or two but the after purchase service received was very disappointing - no wonder why they are ceasing public sales - to let the distribution centers deal with the headache from customers who isn't happy with the product. My main thing isn't even about it working or not. I can live with losing out on $180 of hard earned dollars, but Its about the after service that I received. Forgive me if this comes out sensitive but the reply I received from customer support felt demeaning. They have so much pride in their product that they cannot accept to hear that their product isn't working for me- Very egotistic in my personal opinion. Again, this is just my review and doesn't mean that everyone is having the same issue. But according to BBB, looks like quite a few of us are. Now they might reply to this review and backlash against me... but, whatever - lesson learned. It will be my first and last time dealing with this company."

"I purchased dyna chip for my avalanche, and got it sooner than expected with free shipping! Installation was a breeze, had no problems. I already noticed more power and throttle response and seen 2 more on MPG, i'm still working with it and trying to fine tune it. I purchased the tuner strictly for performance gains and it definitely made a difference. i can tell that my truck runs a lot better and is a lot more responsive than before. I'm very happy with it. The price was fair my only criticism is that they dont have a call center but when i contacted them via email, techs were more than willing to work with me. I will definitely recommend these guys to others"
