"I am not sure if there has been a recent change in ownership or if they have hired someone new to manage their showroom but I had a very bad experience with this company that ultimately lead me to take my business elsewhere. First off was the unreturned voicemails I left inquiring about their services. I finally got ahold of someone after several days of calls that no one ever returned. When I finally spoke to Jonathon he had me fill out a customer form in which I did along with photos and detailed information about the job. He scheduled an appointment for me to come in. When I arrived he was very awkward and could not provide any additional information that was not already received over the phone. We left with the impression that his team would draft renderings and be sent to us the following week. Well over two weeks later we have received nothing. Not even a follow up email. I have left another message for someone to call me however those have gone unanswered much like the first. Needless to say the first impression will be the last impression of this company and we have chosen someone else to complete our outdoor kitchen bar area."

"I had an ice maker as part of my outdoor kitchen that we weren’t using. I had the Orlando Outdoor Kitchen build a cabinet with a drawer that fit in the Icemaker space perfectly. The cabinet is made of materials that will never rust. That’s important as we are one block off the ocean. They did an outstanding job!!"
