"I went in for an oil change and before my oil change, my car was not shaking. After oil change my car is shaking. I went to another fire stone and they said that my spark plugs are just gone which I don’t understand how that happens. I’ve been putting off for two weeks now to get my car fixed, because every time I called this store, their phone no longer works as said by the customer service. Now I have to pay more money to get my car fixed then I did for an oil change and I am extremely furious. I’ve never had problems with them before, so I don’t understand why now this has occurred"

"This location is the type of place which should fail and close its doors. Made a reservation over three weeks in advance for a set of tires listed on their website and confirmed, along with brake service. I arrived on time at 10AM and was greeted by am apathetic employee in a dungeon-like lobby. After a few minutes of review, he said no location had the tires i requested and could order me an alternative for literally double the price, but may or may not arrive that day. I explained my reservation and was advised the employee i spoke to should have advised me. What? Saying anything further would make no difference, so i walked away. While in the parking lot, i called a Florida tire about 1 mile away and was greeted with enthusiasm and confirmation that the same tires would be ordered and arrive in the afternoon. Long story short, i was back on the road with fresh tires and new brakes that early evening. My advice is to allow this so-called service center to fall into the abyss."

"I drive a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia, and I brought it in for an engine tune up and this is how it went. On my first visit, they charged me $360 dollars to change my spark plugs and clean my fuel lines, and in the process broke my engine coolant line, causing it to spray coolant all over my engine on the way home, and then it started smoking in my driveway. They also overfilled both of my coolant reservoirs, causing additional pressure to build up. On my second visit, after I towed my car to them, they "fixed" the coolant line, but when I got home, my engine was still smoking. After draining the excess coolant from my reservoir that they overfilled again, the engine stopped smoking, but now it was misfiring aggressively, causing me to break down on the way to get groceries this morning. The engine threw 3 new codes, that were not present before my first visit. When I managed to get it to them for the third time, they charged me $112 for a diagnostic, and were going to charge me $432 to change a single ignition coil (you can buy 4 for less than $100), but I decided not to trust them with that repair. In summary, I paid $380, had 3 visits to this mechanic shop, and my car still does not run properly. I would love to have that money back, but I know how businesses hold on to every penny like their lives depend on it. Please, save yourself a lot of money and trouble, and do not go to this location."
