"I'm so so Sorry, Julio, that it has taken me so long to comment, about my last encounter with your Automotive shop, but my Family, "The Barnes" have used your establishment, to service our cars, for over 25 plus years. After my sister's warranty, at AutoNation is now over..they have begun too do disingenuous services, to her 2015 Chevy sonic, but I told her to let me take it too Firestone, in Winter Park FL and she said ok..wherein, I immediately applied for the Firestone credit card( online) and was granted a good limit immediately. I then drove, from Metro west area to winter Park location. This site continues, to be FIRST and foremost one of the most HONEST businesses in central Florida. It's assessments of your car issues are swiftly given their professional attentions' too and they will do everything, to send you happily away. My sis did get a lifetime warranty, on her battery and this will be the only reason-I will return to AutoNation West colonial, after all of the years my sister used them, to service her car, by the way this 2015 car has only 50,000 miles, on it and was never serviced by any place, other than the high cost dealership. "Everyone at the Firestone in Winter Park 899 Orlando Ave WP, fl 32789 are honest, intelligent mechanic's. Anibal was phenomenal upon finding out my problem with my Explorer and fixing the problem. Will and Julio are always Friendly when I walk in. Alvin, Bismark, and Robert are always willing and friendly when I come into get my tires checked, or if I need a question answered with something that needs to be addressed. I love taking them Donuts or Popsicles, or ordering them a pizza. All those mechanic's should receive a pay raise, because all of them go out of their way to get the job done, and to explain what needs to be done. The person who is the Owner of that Firestone should know they have wonderful hard working people, working for that company, and it should show in their pay checks!!!!"

"I wouldn’t trust them with putting air in a bicycle tire. Read why: I reviewed tires, and Firestone had the tires I wanted for a fair price. Paying for the full service, I picked up my truck and left for work out of town. The low pressure indicator had just turned on, and I thought it might just take a moment for the air pressure to stabilize. I called Manager and he said he would look into it whenever I brought it back. Well on the road I notice at a certain speed my wheels started wobbling. There was no leaking air and no loose nuts. When I got back the manager checked and said it was a failed sensor, which was absolutely not an issue prior. He also said that he rebalanced the tires and rechecked the alignment that I had just had, and everything was fine. I once again went for a drive and brought it back a a third time, a day later, same issues. They couldn’t find a reason for the wobble in my new tires, and couldn’t test drive it either. What kind of mechanic can’t test drive!? Now it’s six months later and my wheel has never stopped wobbling, I haven’t been in a position to take it elsewhere, and I’m just tired of giving my money to a shop that I see every day that has taken advantage of me."
