"Zack was very pleasant to work with. Work was done fast, but not sloppy. I took in a family member's car, and they had the whole history making it easy to get a few extra things done that were needed without being the usual operator and without being sold extra things. I disagree with the pricing scheme. I bit high for a lot of the services, HOWEVER, the manager did give me a discount for an item when I mentioned the price being too high. As a customer, I typically appreciate a reasonable price upfront with little to no 'discounts'. Easier to choose a place based on its level of service. Of which this place was great."
