"John was very helpful today. I asked for alignment and oil to be added following a jitter in the steering wheel. John diagnosed problem with deteriorating tire and added oil for free. Also, very honest as when he started the alignment, he told me it was already aligned and didn't charge me for that. Finally, he was able to get me a tire same day that wasn't even on site in the morning when I brought it in. He had tire delivered, mounted and balanced and had it ready when I was told it would be. So much so that I now trust them enough for this to be my first go to place when something is wrong with my car that I can't quite figure out or fix on my own. I know that if it's something they can fix, they'll do a great job, get it done super fast usually, and it won't cost an arm + leg. I also know that if it's an issue they can't personally take care of, I can trust that the info they're giving me is accurate and can rely on their recommendations.
