"The RV repair world is a minefield, and as strangers to FL we had no idea who to turn to. But we got really lucky with A&H. Don arrived on time and was clearly very knowledgeable from the get go. I explained the electrical issue with our water heater and to my amazement he quickly identified and fixed the problem. He also discovered a couple of other unrelated issues and fixed those too. It's hard to say whether we were more relieved or impressed, but certainly we were both. No mucking around, he fixed everything and was generous with his time, only charging us one hour. When spending large-ish dollars to call out a mobile tech, it's nice to have the real deal: a highly knowledgeable pro who is quick, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. He was professional all the way. Really wish these guys were local to us in California!"
"The initial service call was responded to quickly, but the repair took more than a month and to many excuses regarding parts that were never ordered. They did make the Bill right, and for that we are appreciative. But must state we were very sad with the whole process that took way longer than it ever should have, for what needed to be repaired. Jim said they would take care of other repairs we requested but he never did."
"Wonderful service at a reasonable rate. We are from out of town an I was able to arrange an appointment on line before we got here. Jim replaced a motor on our slide and got us fixed. I would recommend these folks!"
