"My sister purchased a gift card for my husband for Christmas. My sister paid a total of $110.00. She was told he could use it toward the massage, tip and/or another service. My husband called to confirm and was told the same information. He was a new client and the special for new clients was $69. When he arrived, he was told something completely different and was charged $110 plus gratuity. When he questioned it, the front desk lady with the short hair was matter of fact and extremely rude. My husband was in shock with her attitude. We called to follow up with the manager, and never received a call back."

"The one thing that can take you out of a relaxing massage is an aggressive front desk clerk. As soon as I stepped out of the massage room, I got asked to check out, by this beautiful soft spoken chocolate girl, I kindly replied that I was waiting for my husband. Then a second later another worker with short red Mohawk came up to me very aggressive, "do you want to check out". I replied, no I'm waiting for my husband. Then a minute later, that same horrible haircut woman came over to me again, asking to check out... now my Zen is gone, '" I'm waiting for my husband ". Then she turns to another coworker and says, "well at least we're consistent." How freaking unprofessional. She ruined the whole experience for me. Will NEVER go back. And I will certainly spread the word. 2 Stars is for the massage therapist."
